Frequently Asked Questions

What should my child wear to the party?

We recommend comfortable clothing and closed - toe shoes. Aprons are provided, but things can get a little messy — so dress like you're ready to have fun in the kitchen!

When should we arrive for the party?

We recommend arriving about 10-15 minutes before your scheduled party time. This gives everyone a chance to get settled and ready to jump in!

Because we host multiple celebrations throughout the day, it's possible a party may still be wrapping up when you arrive — so you may spend a few minutes in the lobby area before we bring everyone in. Our team moves quickly to reset the kitchen so everything is clean, prepped, and ready for your full experience.

Do I need to bring anything for the party?

No — everything is taken care of for you! Our parties are designed to be ALL-INCLUSIVE, so you can simply show up and enjoy the celebration. We provide all supplies, drinks, and everything needed for the full experience.

Can I bring outside food or decorations?

To keep things running smoothly, outside food or drinks, coolers, alcoholic beverages, and large decorations are not permitted.

You're welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes if you'd like, along with any other small personal touches like a specific candle, themed plates, or a few balloons in the lobby area. Everything else is provided — including coffee and water for the parents staying, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without ANY extra preparation.

Do you accomodate allergies or dietary restrctions?

Our top priority is the safety of every child. While we do our best to maintain a clean and safe environment, we are NOT an allergy- free facility and cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination or airborne ingredients.

For birthday parties, we may be able to accommodate certain allergies or dietary preferences on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to reach out to your local academy in advance so we can talk through what may be possible for your celebration.
